Dr. Sholar grew up in Salem and is thrilled to return home to care for the community where he was raised. He completed medical school at Western University of Health Sciences in Lebanon, Oregon, and his Internal Medicine residency at the Universal Health Services Southern California Medical Consortium in Temecula, California.

He enjoys getting to know his patients and helping them take an active role in their health. Outside of work, Dr. Sholar loves spending time in the Pacific Northwest, exploring its outdoor beauty and local community.
